What does it cost and what is included?
€10,000–17,000 net for 2–4 weeks with one product and engineering team of up to five people and one repository. A larger team or several repos is quoted separately. The one-month review is included; AI tool licences stay on your side.
How is this different from Cursor or Claude Code training?
Training ends with knowledge of a tool; here we end with a changed way of working. I set up the whole path from ticket, through code and review, to shipping: ticket patterns, repository instructions, AI-and-human review, and quality and security standards.
Does the team need to be using coding agents already?
No. You need AI tools, or the willingness to switch them on, and one person who takes ownership of how the team works. Buying licences changes nothing on its own — which is why the pilot runs on the team’s real tasks, not on exercises.
How will I know it worked?
The pilot runs on your real backlog, so the effect shows up on your own tasks. After a month I come back for a review — included in the price — and we check whether the new way of working held, or the team drifted back to old habits.
How is this different from the Workflow Sprint?
The sprint changes one business process; this project changes how the team writes and ships code. If your delivery pace is the problem, start here. If a specific business process is, start with the sprint.
What’s next
The team keeps the playbook and a measured pilot; then runs solo, with a one-month review or ongoing advisory.
