Founder / CTO Advisory
Regular strategic sparring for the people making decisions about AI, product and technology.
Who it’s for: For founders, CTOs and product leaders.
Not for organizations that need a committee and a six-month slide process.
AI decisions happen too slowly — or follow the hype.
Too much noise, too few calls: what to build, what to buy, what to skip. Sparring gives you a second pair of eyes from someone who builds on agents daily.
What you get
- Regular decision sessions
- Roadmap and architecture review
- Tool and vendor assessment
- Technical and product priorities
- Fast hype-vs-value teardowns

An estimate built on the numbers you enter — not a promise. The quarterly review makes sure the engagement lasts only as long as it changes decisions.
Before you book a call.
What does it cost and how long do I commit for?
From €1,000 net per month, billed monthly, leave anytime — no multi-year contracts. Every quarter we review it: the engagement lasts as long as it genuinely changes your decisions.
What does a single session look like?
You bring a call that is stuck: architecture, a vendor, a priority, a roadmap. You leave with a recommendation and the reasoning behind it. Between sessions I’m available to quickly break down whether something is a fad or real value.
When does advisory stop being enough?
When you need decisions rather than recommendations. In advisory, the decisions and the accountability stay on your side. If technology or product needs an owner, the right form is a fractional CTO or CPO at €7,500–12,000 net per month.
Do you also advise on tools and vendors?
Yes, that is one of the standing items: assessing tools and vendors, reviewing architecture and the roadmap, setting technical and product priorities. If you want hard numbers on what your AI actually costs, the AI Usage Audit is the separate service.
Who is this not for?
Organizations that need a committee and a six-month slide process. Sparring works when the person on the other side can make a decision in the same week we discuss it.
What’s next
