AI Opportunity Map

In 1–2 weeks we map your products/services, processes and data, then pick the AI use cases with the highest odds of real value.

Who it’s for: For companies that know AI matters but haven’t picked the process to change yet.

Not for companies that want a “50 AI ideas” list with no decision attached.

Too many ideas, too few decisions.

After the first wave of excitement you’re left with a list of ideas without owners or metrics. The map sorts them by value, risk and data readiness — and ends with a decision, not another list.

( 02 )

What you get

  • Use cases ranked by value and feasibility
  • Risk and data map
  • Recommendation of the first three initiatives
  • Backlog of first experiments
  • A call for every idea: assistant, automation, agent, product feature — or don’t do it

How it runs

01Days 1–3Context: team interviews, review of processes, data and tools.
02Days 4–7Map: scoring use cases by value, risk and data readiness.
03Days 8–10Decision: recommendation, experiment backlog and the next step.

Pricing

€4,500–8,000 net

  • fixed price for a fixed scope — confirmed on the 15-minute call
  • the outcome is independent: the recommendation may be “do nothing for now”
  • a sprint for the top use case is priced separately

Run your own numbers.

Without a decision the experiments keep running anyway — and they cost team time. Price the wandering, then compare it with the cost of the map.

An estimate built on the numbers you enter — not a promise. The map ends with a decision, and the recommendation may well be: “do nothing for now”.

Before you book a call.

How long does the map take and what does it cost?

1–2 weeks and €4,500–8,000 net — a fixed price for a fixed scope, confirmed on the 15-minute call. In that time I map your products, processes and data, then pick the AI use cases with the highest odds of real value.

How is this different from a list of AI ideas?

A list of ideas settles nothing. The map ends with use cases ranked by value and feasibility, a risk and data map, a recommendation of the first three initiatives, and a call on every idea: assistant, automation, agent, product feature — or don’t do it.

What if it turns out AI makes no sense for us?

That outcome is included in the price. The recommendation may be “do nothing for now”, and that is the honest answer you paid for — instead of a deployment that returns nothing for a year.

Do I have to book a sprint afterwards?

No. The map is self-contained: you get a backlog of first experiments your own team can run. A sprint for the top use case is quoted separately, and only if you decide to go further.

We already run AI in production — is this still the right start?

Then the right entry point is the AI Usage Audit: it checks whether what you pay for is the best available mix of models and tools. The Opportunity Map answers the earlier question: which process to take on at all.

What’s next

The natural next step is an Agentic Workflow Sprint for the top use case.
